Salaspils Memorial Ensemble "Beyond these gates the earth groans"
A complex of monuments to the victims of Nazism was unveiled in 1967. It consists of a 100 m high concrete wall and a sculptural ensemble of 7 sculptures. An exposition in the gate gallery about the history of the Salaspils camp (1941-1944) and the memorial is available.
